• All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transport, and other travel services at the time of confirmation.

• Prices may change without prior notice due to airline fare changes, hotel revisions, government taxes, or currency fluctuations.

• A booking is confirmed only after advance payment or full payment is received as per package policy.

• Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, transport provider, and package cancellation rules.

• Refund timelines depend on service providers and may take 7–15 working days after cancellation approval.

• Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during travel.

• Passport, visa, permits, and travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler for international or restricted destinations.

• Trawellview Vacations is not responsible for delays, cancellations, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

• Any additional personal expenses such as meals, entry tickets, laundry, or optional activities are not included unless mentioned in the package.

• Travelers must verify itinerary details before departure and report discrepancies immediately.

• Hotel check-in/check-out timings are subject to hotel policies.

• By confirming the booking, the traveler agrees to all package inclusions, exclusions, and terms mentioned by Trawellview Vacations.
